EOT 141: Core Syllabus Areas
The syllabus is divided into several administrative and financial manuals. Note that for Andhra Pradesh, a revised syllabus (via G.O. Ms. No. 29, dated 13/02/2025) has introduced additional service rule topics.The EOT 141 (Accounts Test for Executive Officers) is one of the most important and rigorous departmental examinations for government employees in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It is a “With Books” exam, typically conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT).

To pass this exam, you must have the official Bare Acts. “Guides” or notebooks are generally not allowed.
