AP revised pension rules 1980 shall not apply to all Government Servants appointed on or after 1-9-2004, to services and posts in connection with the affairs of the State which are borne on pensionable establishment, whether temporary, or permanent.
AP revised pension rules 1980 shall not apply to all appointments, whether temporary or permanent, made on or after 01-09-2004 in all the State Public Sector Undertakings, whose pay and allowances are drawn from the Consolidated Fund of the State or not.
