Instructions
Before filling up the application form, the candidate should have a scanned image of his/her photograph and signature. These scanned images are to be uploaded during the submission of the application form.
The photograph should be in color or b/w (but with clear contrast), with the name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph printed on it. It should be without a cap or goggles. Spectacles are allowed; Polaroid photos are not acceptable.
The applicants should not furnish any particulars that are false, tampered, or fabricated or suppress any material information while making an application through the website.
Application will be rejected for the following reasons:
1) Failure to upload the photo/signature.
2) Failure to pay the fee towards the test and application.
3) If the scanned service certificate is not uploaded duly filled in and signed by the applicant and the controlling officer with seal.
4) If the filled-in application form is not in terms of this notification.
5) If the applicant is not eligible to appear for the test in terms of Para (5) of the Notification.
6) If the candidate applies during the debarment period.

- Applications are invited ON-LINE from 14/10/2025 to 03/11/2025 for the Departmental Tests Nov-2025 Session. The date of examinations will be announced later.OTPR registration is compulsory.
- Applicants primarily shall register the One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) through
the Commission’s Website viz., http://psc.ap.gov.in. Once applicant registers his/her
particulars, a User ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and
email ID. Applicants need to apply for the Tests using the OTPR User ID through
Commissions website. - The applicants, who had already generated OTPR earlier for last Departmental
Tests, shall apply directly making use of the same number and update their working
district as per the 26 new districts before submitting their application. - List of Exam centres
